I joined PMI Gulf Horizons in May 2025 on our property management team, where I work in leasing, owner communication, and day-to-day operations for residential and multifamily properties. That work shows me what happens after closing: what tenants look for, which repairs come up, and what a home really costs to own. For buyers, that means looking past the staging to what matters long term. For sellers, it means knowing which details buyers notice. For investors, it means realistic expectations on rent, turnover, and upkeep before you commit.
